How a consultation works:

You call us or send us an email

At the first meeting, we clarify the focus of the audit. You then supply us with the necessary information, including: floor plan, building dates, opening date of company, birth dates of all staff.

In an onsite visit, we do all the preparatory work such as taking magnetic readings, obtaining information about the logistics and procedures in the business. Then, we talk about problems you’re experiencing and what you’d like to achieve from the audit and we make an inspection of all the rooms. We take all the time needed to understand fully how your business works.

We then prepare a written report and, on our second onsite visit, we take you through the results of the analysis in detail and all the recommendations that need to be implemented to achieve the desired results.

Upon request, we offer guidance with the implementation on a weekly basis, either by telephone or email. It is very important for you to contact us regularly to provide feedback on the changes in the business. Depending in the outcome, we may suggest additional measures.

Fees: we quote according to the size of the premises and the number of people involved.  Please contact us for an initial quote.

Consultations can also be carried out online. This reduces our fees as we don’t incur site visit and travel costs.  For online consultation, we need extensive photographic material in addition to key information such as floor plans, building data, birth dates and so on. If you opt for our online services, we explain over the phone what we’ll require from you.
